Investa came to Artbox with the challenge of transforming 420 George St, 135 King St and 345 Kent St Sydney, properties into dynamic, engaging environments that attract tenants and align with their environmental, social, and governance (ESG) values. 

In collaboration with Investa, we launched the Moving Image Program – a curated selection of dynamic, artistic moving image artworks displayed across their commercial properties. The program aims to transform communal areas into interactive, visually engaging spaces.

The artworks offer tenants and visitors a more welcoming, harmonious experience with creative elements that connect tenants to ideas and concepts beyond the space. Visual elements are strategically curated to elevate key seasonal moments throughout the year. Artistic works feature vibrant, Australian-inspired colours that bring a welcoming and calming atmosphere to the communal spaces.

Running in its third consecutive year, this program initiative raises stakeholder expectations about the creative potential of commercial properties. By incorporating dynamic, curated artwork into communal spaces, we’ve successfully elevated the creative atmosphere and bolstered Investa’s brand identity. Communal areas are now lively hubs for interaction and relaxation.
